PAMtrial Setup instructions
Download PAMtrial.exe and install file to C: drive.
1. First, update the Provider Manager and complete the fields with provider’s information.
2. Next, update the Patient Manager and complete the fields with the patient’s information.
3. Then do the same with the CPT/HCPCS manager, ICD-M manager and the Insurance Manager if the patient has healthcare coverage.
4. Then start logging the services provided to the patient.
First complete the Header tab, then the Hospitalization tab, next the Service tab and add each service provided,
5. On the primary insurance tab, on the field (insured’s reference I.D. number), assign the social security number of the patient as the I.D. reference with no (-) and add a suffix of (-01) for the first carrier, (-02) for the second carrier and so on.
6. Do the same procedure for the other insurance coverage if necessary.
